During drug administration by infusion large inaccuracies occur when it comes to small quantities and multiple medications. The administered ratios can differ significantly from the set values. This can have serious consequences for the health and safety of patients. As this phenomenon occurs mainly in small amounts this is particularly a problem for (incubator)children.
In this TechForFuture project we develop a demonstrator model that can play an important role in the development of a more accurate measurement system for the administaring of medicines.

This projects runs from October 2014 – October 2016.
